The Systemair DKEX 225-4 ATEX Rectangular Duct Fan is a versatile, explosion-proof industrial fan designed for safe operation in hazardous environments such as battery-charging rooms, fume cupboards, and similar spaces. Compact and easy to install in any orientation, it features a galvanised steel casing with a copper inlet cone and forward-curved impeller blades powered by a 3-phase 400V external rotor motor. Integrated thermistors (PTC) protect the motor from overheating and allow speed control via the U-EK230E motor protection relay. Certified to ATEX standards (EN 50014, 50019, EN 1127-1, EN 13463-1), this fan combines safety, reliability, and high airflow performance of up to 1,840 m³/h while maintaining low noise levels of 53.7 dB(A) at 3 meters.
