This round 400mm electric duct heater is designed for efficient heating within standard spiral ventilation duct systems. Manufactured from durable aluzinc coated sheet steel and equipped with a stainless steel heating element, the unit delivers a reliable 12kW heating output powered by a 400V three phase electrical supply. The heater includes integrated overheating protection with a manual reset function to ensure safe and controlled operation. Rubber seals on the connecting spigots provide secure and airtight duct connections. Designed for installation in both horizontal and vertical ducts, the heater must be mounted with the connection box facing upward or sideways when installed horizontally. With a required minimum airflow of 700 cubic meters per hour and a minimum air velocity of 1.5 meters per second, the heater is engineered to maintain a maximum outlet air temperature of 50 degrees Celsius, making it suitable for controlled ventilation heating applications.
