The BKF 315D4-8-XL/F400 smoke extract centrifugal fan is designed for both standard ventilation and critical smoke & heat extraction during fire emergencies. Engineered for continuous operation up to 120°C and capable of withstanding 400°C for 2 hours (F400), it ensures safe egress and assists fire-fighting efforts by removing smoke and toxic gases. Its zinc-magnesium coated steel casing and backward-curved pre-galvanised steel impeller deliver durability and reliability, while the motor is positioned outside the airflow to enhance performance. Certified to EN 12101-3 by BSI UK and fully ErP 2018 compliant, this fan is ideal for installation in malls, garages, warehouses, and kitchen exhaust systems. Installation is possible in all positions with a 30 mm flange connection, either inside or outside the building (outside fire zone in well-ventilated rooms).
